School Pencil Case Sets – A Recent Project

One of our most recent projects involved designing and producing a fully branded school pencil case set for All Saints College in Belfast - a project that perfectly showcases how custom-printed stationery can be used to celebrate and reward student achievement.
Celebrating Success Through Stationery
All Saints College approached us with a brief to create something meaningful, functional, and aligned with their new school branding. The goal was to produce a pencil case set that could be given to students as an award for achievement, helping to boost morale, reward positive behaviour, and build a sense of belonging and pride.
Rather than opting for generic off-the-shelf items, the school wanted every element of the set to reflect their identity - from the colours and typography to the newly updated logo. We were excited to get started and worked closely with the school team to bring their vision to life.

The final pencil case set included everything a student might need for day-to-day classroom activities, all neatly packaged in a clear, zip-up pencil case. Here’s what we included:

Each item was individually branded with the All Saints College logo and printed in the school’s distinctive colour palette - giving the set a cohesive and professional appearance. The attention to detail was particularly important, as these sets were intended not just as stationery tools, but as special gifts that symbolised achievement and recognition.
Creating a Custom Look
Our in-house design team worked with the supplied logo files and school guidelines to ensure every item matched the school’s branding precisely. The logo was printed clearly and crisply on the ruler, pen, pencil, eraser, and on the card insert visible through the front of the pencil case.
This consistency of branding across all items meant that students would be carrying not just useful tools, but subtle reinforcements of their school identity - every time they reached for their pen or ruler.
As the products were being used as awards, we also ensured that the overall look was smart, clean and polished. The clear pencil case allows each item to be visible at a glance, with the school logo standing out proudly on each piece.
